Counselors at The Trevor Project understand the challenges LGBTQ+ young people face and are available for support 24/7. They will listen without judgment. When you text, chat, or call, all of your conversations are confidential, and you can share as much or as little as you’d like.

A confidential safe space for callers of any age to speak about sexual orientation or gender identity/expression issues. Trained LGBTQIA+ volunteers provide support, information, and local resources without judgment. Topics include coming out, relationships, bullying, workplace issues, and more.
NOTE: This is not a 24/7 service, it is available Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm ET, and Saturday Noon-5pm ET.
